Lindgren Pitman hydraulic driven equipment is designed to give long reliable service with a minimum of repairs and maintenance in the marine environment if driven by a Lindgren Pitman hydraulic system or other supplier. 

Internal pressure compensated flow control valve with tandem metering spool and precise control for metering. When locked in neutral the pump unloads to the hydraulic tank. It is preset for 12 GPM maximum. This 4 way valve has a friction detent which holds the control lever at any position. 

Place swordfish steaks in single layer on baking dish. Brush with lemon juice. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Broil steaks 6 - 8 inches from heat until fish flakes easily with fork. Remove from heat. Spread with cheese mixture. Broil 2 -3 minutes until lightly brown. Enjoy!
